AS A PARENT, WHAT CAN I DO NOW?
We hope each IPS family will be able to contribute. Here are some ideas to get you started:

• Many of you travel for work or pleasure. We encourage you to take along some donation forms and letters (or download them) and ask hotels, restaurants and other places that you frequent to donate to the IPS Spring Benefit auction.
• Think about what you do, where you, your friends and family work and play, and whether it might be a good source of auction merchandise.
• The contribution letter will help facilitate the donation process by providing information to potential donors. Use the donation form to write up your donation. Give one copy to the donor for tax purposes. Donations are fully tax-deductible to the extent allowed by law. The donor will also receive an official thank you from IPS.
• Drop off completed forms in the Spring Benefit box in the office at your location. Additional forms are available in the office as well.
