Tours & Admissions Evenings
Parent Tours
We look forward to your visit to our school. After your application form is received, you will be invited to attend a Parent Tour. Beginning in October, individual tours are offered starting at 9:00 AM and last approximately one hour. Both parents, if applicable, are encouraged to attend.
During the Parent Tour you will meet with Martha and get a chance to see the school in action. You will hear about our programs, see the facility and observe teachers and children interacting.
In addition to the Parent Tour, we encourage you to attend the optional information sessions, described below, to engage with staff and current parents.
Admissions Evening
After your application form is received, you will also be invited to attend an in-person admissions evening in November or January, where you will be able to meet and hear from the director and the education director. You will learn more about IPS’s philosophy of play-based learning as well as our exmissions process. Admissions evening invitations will be emailed to applicant families.
Parent-to-Parent Q&A Session
In early February, applicant parents are invited to join an online discussion with a panel of current IPS parents who will answer your questions. This Q&A will take place over Zoom. You will receive an email invitation closer to the date of the event.
