Introducing School to Children Under 2
The International Preschools (IPS) is excited to offer a pre-separation class for children ages 16 to 24 months.
In 1963, IPS began as a playgroup serving the needs of young children of international families. Over 60 years later, we continue to provide a nurturing, welcoming environment for all young children and families.
In this introduction to school, an experienced IPS teacher will facilitate structured free play, art projects, storytime, music and snack for your child. During the 90 minutes, children will learn how to come together as a group and become accustomed to routines.
Every child must be accompanied by a parent or caregiver for the entirety of each session. If a child misses a session, there can be no refund. In case IPS must cancel a session, we will make every effort to notify parents in advance and to reschedule the class.

Winter/Spring 2026 Schedule & Tuition
Children can enroll in the full semester (January through May) or half semesters (January-March or April-May). We encourage children to sign up for multiple days.
All classes run from 9:30 to 11:00 AM.

January-March: 9 sessions for $900
April-May: 6 sessions for $600
