We read a delightful book about a black poodle named Charlie who lives in New York City. Charlie Girl may be a Standard Poodle, but her exciting adventures in the Big Apple show there’s nothing “”standard”” about her! As part of this fun experience,children from Room1 had the opportunity to bring home a Charlie stuffed animal along with the book. We’re also created a special class journal where each child has their own dedicated page to share their NYC adventures.The journal is a beautiful way to capture children’s everyday experiences in this amazing city, through their eyes.
