Though classes are not in session at our two locations, we are in regular contact with our students and families. The teachers are conducting regular sessions with their students via Zoom.
We are still accepting applications for the 2020-2021 school year. Our Admissions Directors are also using Zoom, to meet face to face with applicant parents and their children! We are happy to answer your emails or set up a time to speak in person. As a courtesy starting March 30th, we will be waiving the application fee for any family applying for the 2020-21 school year. Please contact the Admission Director at your desired location for a fee waiver code.

In honor of our 50th Anniversary in 2013, IPS commissioned a 25 minute documentary about our history. You can watch it here.
IPS is a school with a play-based curriculum. See what that looks like here. You can also explore the weekly specialty classes that enrich our curriculum: Movement, Library, Music, Science and Technology.
Our Exmissions Process
When it’s time to leave IPS, we work individually with our families to help them choose their child’s elementary school. To learn about that process, read this letter from our Director, Donna Cohen.
